As the CEO of The Independent Grid and Managing Partner of Conte Wealth Advisors, Tony followed in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps providing creative wealth management and planning solutions for his clients, their businesses, employees, and families. He also focuses on growing our advisor base, building operational efficiencies, and leading the team to cultivate new and exciting initiatives.

Bio
Tony initially joined the workforce in a minor role at a major network where he started climbing the ranks in his role as a video-journalist, eventually becoming a writer and producer for CNN.
That was, until one day while reviewing a script with Anderson Cooper, they were reading through the lines and Anderson stopped and asked Tony, simply, what he wanted to be when he grew up. A year later Tony was back in Central PA learning the ins and outs of the financial services industry.
Wanting to learn as much as he can about the financial services industry, he pursued and received a Master’s Degree in Financial Services (MSFS) from Saint Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business which included graduate coursework in areas as diverse as investment management, insurance planning, derivative securities, business accounting, tax and retirement planning, and economics.
Since 2004, Tony has dedicated his efforts in niche markets such as family business planning, wealth management, and trust & estate planning. As a certified exit planning advisor, Tony helps business owners accelerate the value of their business with an eye toward an eventual transition to a strategic buyer, private equity, or next generation.
Tony built The Independent Grid with the intention of helping others build their own careers and firms they can be proud of. He feels as though this is his opportunity to liberate others in a challenging career and make their lives better.
Becoming the managing partner of Conte Wealth Advisors (CWA), Tony created initiatives and led the firm to become a planning forward firm that uses investment strategies as a tool to best serve their clients needs.
Currently, Tony serves on the Board of Directors for WITF, a Central Pennsylvania public broadcasting entity. He also serves on the board of the Central Pennsylvania Estate Planning Council, the Downtown Camp Hill Association, and he continues to work on various committees for Leadership Harrisburg Area after having completed two full board terms. He is proud to call himself a Leadership Harrisburg Area 2007 Community Leadership Series alumnus.
