John is a Bronx native and Yankees fan. He has been in the financial services industry since 1990. John has a broad resume that includes ABS/MBS risk management for a global bond insurer, CCO for a global emerging market high yield bond desk in Greenwich, CT, and corporate and municipal principal for a US high yield bond desk in NYC.

Bio
John gained an in-depth understanding of retirement plans in a large commercial bank retirement division. He has been involved in the RIA side of the business since 2014.
John has been a leader in crafting policy with several committees including Risk, Due Diligence, Cybersecurity and Safety, and most recently John was with Raymond James Financial in the Advisory Supervision group and with the Policy Governance group.
John has his 6, 7, 24, 53, 63 and 66 licenses and is AIF accredited.
He moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2006 and celebrated 31 years of marriage in 2021 with his late wife, Phyllis. They have a son, Sean, who creates TV and online commercials for the ABC/NBC affiliate in Ft Myers, FL. Despite living in Florida, John does not like taking long walks on the beach, instead he loves to hit the road on occasion to visit his Northern family. He often travels with his pup, Mona Lisa. His travels have included various parts of Florida, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, and Banff, Canada. The two have many more travels on the horizon, including a possible diagonal country trip to Oregon!
