Kelsea joined the team in 2025 as Marketing & Communications Manager. She provides marketing initiatives and support for all advisors associated with The Independent Grid. Kelsea is also responsible for managing events, directing the firm’s marketing efforts, communications on behalf of the firm and expanding The Independent Grid’s brand awareness.

Kelsea Oravic is the Marketing and Communications Manager for The Independent Grid. She is a seasoned marketing professional with eight years of experience in marketing, user experience, and graphic design. Kelsea has worked in the financial industry for the last 5 years and has a strong understanding of banking and how the financial world operates. Kelsea is eager to drive brand growth for The Independent Grid through innovative content strategies and effective communications planning.

Kelsea resides in Burnham, PA with her two boys, Jose Jr. and Thomas. She is passionate about supporting local businesses, and enjoys reading, hiking, and finding the best coffee spot in town.
