Alycia L. Paulus, MBA

Alycia joined the team in 2021 as Director of Marketing and Communications. She provides marketing initiatives and support for all advisors associated with The Independent Grid. Alycia is also responsible for managing events, directing the firm’s marketing efforts, communications on behalf of the firm and expanding The Independent Grid’s brand awareness.

Bio
Alycia attended Penn State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. After graduating she realized her passion for marketing by helping her parents grow their small farm market into a fully established farm market, greenhouse, and butcher shop. She graduated from University of Phoenix in 2019 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.

Her favorite aspect of marketing is creating eye catching products for her advisors that are both attention grabbing and educational for their clients. Her favorite thing to do is play around with characters, colors, designs, and styles to create new pieces.
She is a member of the Capital Area Greenbelt Association where she serves on the Tour de Belt and Marketing committees. She is also a member of the YWCA Greater Harrisburg’s Junior Board.

Alycia enjoys spending her time taking photos, reading, exploring, watching true crime and paranormal documentaries and listening to great podcasts. She is the mother to her rescue cats, Jack, Olive, Finn, and Milo.

Alycia's photography and videography has been featured in several publications in Pennsylvania such as; Pennsylvania Magazine, PennLive, Cumberland Valley Appalachian Trail Club Newsletter, and the PA Vegetable Marketing & Research Program's Pennsylvania Vegetables cookbook.
